Absolutely in love with this store! Clothing is beautiful and so many unique luxury items. Highly recommend! My entire summer wardrobe is Cou and I get soo many compliments every time I wear a piece! I hope they are back next summer!

Shop Cou is exactly what Muskoka has been missing. The clothing is a breath of fresh air compared to other stores in the area. The staff was incredibly helpful bringing over pieces that they thought would flatter my body type. 10/10 experience

I was very excited to visit Cou, as I had seen a lot of great items on instagram.... however, I was extremely disappointed when I walked into the store.
The store was great, very beautiful pieces, that wasn't the issue....

The customer service was a whole other story, a joke really. I walked in and immediately felt a very unwelcoming, mean girl, judgy vibe. The owner looked at me, did not smile or say hi or anything, just kept looking at herself in the mirror. The other girl working was friendly and actually said hi after a few minutes of me being in the store. After the owner finished looking at herself in the mirror and ignoring the customers in the store, she went and sat down on her phone. My experience turned me off from ever returning. There was an item I wanted to purchase, however the way I was treated made me not purchase.

TERRIBLE customer service, was not greeted or spoken to at all. Girl working was gossiping loudly on the phone the whole time and ignored me when I asked about a product. Will not be returning.
