I called corporate office to file a complaint with this pharmacy at this location and requested to have a District or Regional Manager to contact me. I went thru the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions and a lady claimed to have tried to call me to speak about my complaint stating my phone went straight to voicemail. There is nothing wrong with my phone nor did she leave a voicemail. She never called nor did I request for a store Manager to call me. I told her I’m not here to speak to you about my complaint I’m here to pick up my prescriptions. She went and got another lady who again said they needed to speak to me again my complaint. I had to ask more that 2 times to get my prescriptions and they had to be told more than three times I was there to pick up my prescriptions and not there to speak about my complaint to them. After I received my prescriptions they were informed I will be transferring all my prescriptions to somewhere else. I called their corporate office again to add to the complaint and I will no longer be using Walgreens services. My initial complaint was they never have meds in stock and only give out partial refills then never bother to order more to fill the script. They can’t count so check the amount you receive and if you tell them you need 90 days they will fill 30 days. Make sure they understand because some of them speak broken English. I've been a customer for over 5 years and I will be transferring my scripts elsewhere.

Unacceptable Experience and Lack of Responsibility

I had a terrible experience at this store. While waiting at the pharmacy, my daughter accidentally pricked herself with a needle that was left lying in the area. This incident has caused us significant stress and concern, as we don’t know who used the needle. My daughter is now taking strong medications as a precaution, which should never have been necessary.

When we reported this to the store, they claimed it wasn’t their responsibility, saying a customer left the needle. This is completely unacceptable, as it’s their duty to ensure the safety and cleanliness of public areas. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and action from the management.

I hope this incident serves as a wake-up call for the store to improve its safety and cleanliness standards. I do not recommend this store to anyone who values a safe environment.

Tuve una experiencia terrible en esta tienda. Mi hija, mientras esperábamos en la farmacia, se pinchó accidentalmente con una aguja que estaba tirada en el área. Este incidente ha causado mucho estrés y preocupación, ya que no sabemos quién usó esa aguja. Mi hija ahora está tomando medicamentos fuertes como medida preventiva, algo que nunca debería haber ocurrido.

Cuando informamos a la tienda, nos dijeron que no era su responsabilidad porque, según ellos, la aguja fue dejada por un cliente. Esto es inaceptable, ya que es su deber garantizar la seguridad y limpieza de las áreas públicas. Estoy profundamente decepcionada por la falta de empatía y acción por parte de la administración.

Espero que este caso sirva para que mejoren sus estándares de limpieza y seguridad. No recomiendo esta tienda a nadie que valore un ambiente seguro.

St. Cloud, FL. This is a smaller Walgreens and it seems to be understaffed like the rest of the country this year. I don’t get my prescriptions here, which seems to be an issue with others, but I do love shopping here before or after my doctor appointment at Village Medical, adjoined to the Walgreens, and that doctors office definitely rates five stars.

This Walgreens has a large selection of greeting cards, larger than I’d have expected (see photos). The makeup section is a bit smaller than I’ve seen in other drugstores but it’s adequate. Today there were many toys probably due to it being so near the holidays.

Probably the worst experience with their pharmacy. Calling and getting connected to someone is a hassle in itself. Was placed on hold several times. They would pick up and send me back into the queue to wait and run through the automated system. Frustrating to say the least. Drive thru is another story, wait times take FOREVER. Ridiculous. Something simple takes them forever to do.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now. Yes sometimes your wait is longer than other days but I see the exhaustion in their eyes. Sometimes they are short staffed and sometimes they have more prescriptions than one person can take. But every time they work hard and are very nice. Today I got to work with Kendrys and she was FABULOUS. She has waited on me other times but Today, she went above and beyond. Make sure to thank the pharmacy employees because they are working harder than you know. Save your anger and curse words for someone else

The girls at the pharmacy are always so rude and act like they are better than everyone else. They act like the customers are a problem when you walk up as if we are an inconvenience to them. They also gossip very loudly and obnoxiously about other customers calling them nasty names. And they ignore people waiting in the lobby even when it’s one person waiting just to gossip with one another. These girls need to be written up or fired it’s disturbing they are running a pharmacy. Like if they don’t like their jobs have someone who actually cares do it. I’m not the only person who complains about them.

This pharmacy has really gone down hill the two girls they have there today 7/16 9:30am are rude and also not efficient. This is the second time I deal with these girls. First my medication was there and they did not bother to look it up thoroughly, the pharmacist stepped in and after 20 mins of frustration realized the meds were there. No apology for their rudeness or lack of effort. Today the Walgreens of canoe creek had my mothers Rxs and and hundred creek as well and they refused to call them to have them transferred over. I called the Dr and they to said they don’t understand why they can’t do this. Horrible attitudes and no compassion for healthcare they should be booted out

Literally the worst Walgreens . Whoever is working between 8pm-11pm 08/15/2024 horrible disrespectful customer service!! And they just canceled my order saying they’re making it.
