large selection of goods. large selection of loose leaf tea. nice staff, always smiling. I buy “budget tea” (in bags) from this store, it’s very aromatic and tasty, I recommend it. I'll add a photo of this tea.

Incredible place. So many items to view and learn about. I didn’t quite understand how to make the tea (we have 2 bags that are obviously too big for a mug) so any guidance from the owner will be appreciated.

Other than that; they served us tea and cookies. Lovely and unique experience visiting Chinatown.

I came all the way from Gardena to get some green tea , and a few other loose teas !! First I spent $85 and I thought ? it was a bit high but I got a few different teas , and a couple were $9.99 and $6.99 .. I get home and look at my receipt again .. only to find I was over charge by $17 … they double charged me for a few different teas .. I immediately called and a nice lady answered and remember me and told me to come in Thursday and she would refund me … ok that’s was great !! But then I go to use one of the sealed bags of tea and there were tiny bugs inside bag …. I was totally disgusted.. at this point., I was done .. I never went back and chalked it up as a loss … I will NEVER go back again and I learned to check my receipt before leaving … especially with a gut feeling.. ( the lady did call back and ask if I was come the same day ) because they were closing soon .. but going all the way back downtown was not a good idea .. the lavender and green tea was ok .. but just turned off by the live bugs in my bags … not recommending this place .. sorry

I went there with my girlfriend for doctor appointment, but the doctor just asked what happened with her, without telling us what is wrong with the body, she told us to buy the medicine right away which is a little bit wired to me. But after I asked her, she gave me some good suggestion and comments. But the medicine for 500ml B12 is more expensive than other store, cost 26+taxes, so we decided to go with the herb and cook some chicken soup at home instead, but later on when I asked the doctor again about one medicine I don’t really know, she got frustrated and tell me I only paid 12 bucks, do not bother her again...got a little bit sad. I think the medicine in the store is good, but the doctor is not a good one, the Chinese lady who worked at Beijing 301 army hospital, as a doctor I don’t think professionally she need to say that and just wanna us to buy the medicine even without telling us the problem. Not a pleasant visit.

This is a great shop. I got some quality teas (mandarin puer and ti kuan yin) for reasonable prices and some fun japanese candy. They have a really nice selection.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The "Professor" (who is a Chinese) Medical Doctor is AMAZING! For a small sum, she will assess your maladies, and prescribe you an herbal tonic or tea to help cure what ails you.. I needed an energy boost, and to "de-toxify", and she gave me the most amazing herbal tea. It worked like a charm! Please remember that the Chinese are NOT (thank god!) American customer service agents. A little bit blunt, and monotone, but VERY helpful!! Enjoy the store, and have lunch at Fu Chow when you are done! GREAT food after a great day of shopping for your health!!
