Absolutely outstanding experience with my online order, in store pickup. I was in the store a total of 3 minutes . I was promptly and politely greeted upon approaching the customer service counter. I showed the associate my bar code , he politely excused himself to retrieve my order and was back with order in hand and a warm smile . That was that , quick and simple. Right to the point with no hassle. Great job Target !!

Such poor customer service...was told a full refund would be issued with or without receipt as long as I had the same card used for purchase....had associates deny the warranty refund on a purchase without receipt...the one thing i couldn't physically return was denied
So i go and look for receipt to come back to have a customer service rep tell me she may not be able to return my electronic item..when I asked why, she said, "I dont know. I'm an old lady and don't know how these electronics work" that's completely unacceptable
After she called over the intercom several times, she finally completed the return...how embarrassing for your company

I went in there today to get a PlayStation controller. I was looking for a teal one. I went up to employees in that section and I said excuse me, could you help me and she turned around and said what first off you do not talk to a customer like that that’s not the way to respond so I asked her where the controllers were for PlayStation. She pointed her finger over to a section and said one of those aisles should have it OK no problem. I went over there. I did not see the one I wanted it so I asked the gentleman who worked in that section also and he could not tell me anything. He did not know if they had one in the back in stock, he could not scan the barcode and book and scanner to see if they have an inventory. He didn’t know how to do any of that. I am sorry, target we need to train your employees first to be considerate and professionalsecond to know what they’re doing in the section that you have been working in that would help your customers out a lot.

Target is a great alternative to the other budget shopping experiences. The other (non Target) stores in the area are not nearly as nice.

On this day, we found the store bright and clean with the shelves fully stocked. There were many employees around to help us, and several of them greeted us warmly. Considering retail shopping is starting to get hectic with the holiday season, it was nice to see so many friendly (if masked) Target employees.

Since we were doing our own Christmas shopping, we visited many of the departments within the store including electronics, toys, beauty, groceries and pet food. We were able to find everything we needed and do so much needed comparisons of video games.

The check out lines were a bit longer than they normally are for 11 am during the week. However, there were multiple registers open. Additionally, a woman was helping to direct customers to the shortest lines. Consequently, we did not spen very long in line.

The cashier was also friendly and her wild hair colors matched her outgoing personality.

Overall, we had a great time shopping here. I just wish the parking lot was a little less hectic. The best move is to park at the far end of the lot and walk in. Not only do you get a little exercise, but you reduce the likelihood of some smashing into your car.

Something happened today at the store. I was at the store looking for a book for my son. While I was there I noticed there was a book on one of the shelves that was on sale for $2.49.
I took the book and took a picture of the price on the shelf and headed to the front register. When the cashier rings the price on the book it shows $31, I told him that was the incorrect price and I showed him the picture that I took with my phone. Then he went to customer service and the girl there told him not to honor the price I saw. I said okay never mind, I’m not getting the book anymore. So I paid for the other item I had with me. When I was going towards the exit door, the girl in customer service looked at me up and down with an attitude. I told her that I don’t think that was right. They should have gave me the book for the price I saw back there. She said well we can’t do that. With a whole attitude.
I know for sure if it was a white woman, they would have given it to her. I know a racist when I see one.

Nice clean store. Most things are well stocked. Everything is organized here. They have a nice selection of toys and collectables. Quiet store. Very pleasant shopping atmosphere. They have an awesome Starbucks in the front of the store.

The West Land

If you like being talked down to by multiple employees then this is the store for you. I’m kinda shocked how unprofessional it is at this location. I hadn’t been in a target for over a year and this experience made me realize, I don’t need to shop at target ever again. I wish I could give a negative rating
