10/10. Out of all of Pho places I have been, this one is my number 1. Customer service was great. Idk how but no matter what the employees are doing or where they are in the restaurant— they still ACKNOWLEDGE and greet people when they come in. People literally only had to wait less than 10 mins to get seated. Remind you, it was packed in here. One of the waiters even held the door open for me. They did this for a lot of people, as well as when people were leaving. I ordered the small Shrimp Pho. The noodle to shrimp ratio was excellent. They don’t skimp on the noodles here. The small that I ordered was the size that other places usually serve. I never been to a place where small and large is an option. Always been one size… hmm. I wonder how big the large is here. But the small was more than enough for me! Also, they had jazz music playing. It wasn’t overly loud. Great touch! I will definitely continue to drive from the city just to come here!

I got the pho with steak and brisket and it was incredible. The broth had such a good mix of flavors and perfect amount of spice. We also got the spring rolls and they were so hot and fresh and had the best tasting filling.

Very large portions, couldn’t finish the entire bowl but I definitely tried.

This is not your average pho place. You can tell that their broth is housemade with the right level of seasoning while some pho place uses bouillon to make very salty broth. It also has a wide selection of sandwiches, entrees and side dish beyond just pho. We will definitely be coming back to try more of those

The restaurant isn't very big, but they have lots of booth seating, which is nice! The booth seats are made out of hard plastic, so if you're swearing shorts and it's a hot summer day, you still definitely sweat on them...

Service here is nothing to write home about. It's your typical pho restaurant service where they hand you the menu and ask you immediately what you want. The only weird thing is that they made us move seats and then they would take our order. After we moved seats, they basically forgot about us and I had to wave them down! So that was kind of annoying.

I ordered their beef pho with steak and tendon. I was really disappointed that there was basically 2 tiny pieces of tendon. The pho was good though! I can see why they have such high reviews. I ordered a small and it was definitely more than enough to fill me up. Their large size is $2 extra. There is no medium size. I also ordered their lemongrass iced tea, which was surprisingly really good! It was a mix of sweet and tangy. I could see why so many other people ordered it!

I would definitely come again as their prices are relatively cheap compared to other pho restaurants I've been to in MD, just don't expect stellar service.

I wanted Pho and my normal spot was to far to drive so I decided to give this place a try. I must say it was busy inside with dine in customers. My Spicy Chicken Pho was good. It was spicy however not overwhelming. Broth was flavorful ingredients was fresh. Chicken was tender. Love the Iced Thai Tea. I definitely will add this to my list of favorite spots!

I don’t usually leave reviews for anything, let alone restaurants, but I HAVE to say that pho Saigon was amazing. Hands down the best pho I’ve ever had, the waitstaff was attentive and friendly, and the food came out super quick. Pretty affordable and one of the waiters even helped me put my leftover pho in a to go container. I’m in Maryland visiting a friend and will definitely be pestering her to go back here next time I visit!
