Delicious rice noodles, a lot of beef, chicken wings are a little expensive, the store is very clean, the waiter is very friendly and handsome, it would be better if the light could be gentler, the light is too white, it feels very cold. The rest are all great. You can only pay in cash.

We got a grilled pork banh mi and a special spicy bun hue. When people say the portion sizes are generous they mean generous. The bun hue was huge! Taste was also amazing especially the banh mi. It’s like fresh homemade food. The place was clean and had nice tables to eat at. Reminds me of places in chinatown, without the tourists. And the guy at the counter was super chill too. The place is literally a hidden gem. Would recommend.

The service was kind and pleasant. He was always attentive and helpful and ensured a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a complex savoury sweet banh mi. I had the fake meat banh mi, and where most blunder by trying to treat the fake meat as real meat, Pho Nam realises that the fake meat is its own ingredient and treats it as such. Excellent food, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere. And best of all reasonable prices. Even if it's cash only. Very highly recommend!

Small Vietnamese takeaway although there are a few tables to eat in at. I ate in and had the chicken wings and bahn mi. Both were fine. I can’t say much else really on the food it was tasty enough. The guy who served me was friendly enough. He said they were cash only but that fine with a cash point next door.

A decent grilled pork banh mi which I bought to take away to eat in Southwark Park. There was a lot of lemongrass flavour in it and I'd be open to trying other things from here. I was tossing up between the traditional and the grilled pork. I took their recommendation as I did feel like something warm.

The service was great and very friendly. I didn't wait long and it probably took about 10 minutes for my food to be prepared.

As a big lover of Vietnamese cuisine, I'm glad there are more places serving banh mi. The baguette was fresh and I'd guess it was made in-house. They also serve bubble tea if you are a fan, though I did not try it as it's not my kind of drink.

It seemed like a clean restaurant. It wasn't busy on a Wednesday evening and you could walk in without a reservation if you were in the area.

Pho Nam is close to Bermondsey Tube station and a few minutes away from Southwark Park.

Great spot, a short walk from Bermondsey station, cash only so be cash ready.

Prices are fair for the portions and the flavour is there, staff are really friendly and it can get randomly busy due to (online orders)

Lots of variety to choose from so there should be something for everyone, rice, noodles, soup

Food took around 10-12 minutes, lots of the right condiments to suit your taste, 4-5 tables available that can sit up to 4-6 people

I loved it. Just a regular local shop. The prices are a bit more that others in the vicinity but better, bigger portions, excellent service, very friendly staff, but most importantly - the food is superb. Everything can be ordered to go, and like their advertising says, it's street food which means it's fast, tasty and popular. I've been to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, but that is the best. Highly recommended.
