Wife and I stopped here on the way back from Cox Farm. Pleasantly surprised to find good pho this far out in VA, but we were even happier with the staff and service. It’s a great place with great food and service to match. We ordered: pho Bo (#1) and the com tam (grilled pork chop). We also ordered the lemonade (very good) and the salted plum lemonade. I liked the salted plum; wife said meh. We both agreed that it would make a great margarita lol. Anyway, if you’re in the area, get here. The menu has a lot of exciting new Vietnamese dishes to try. Interior is neat and clean. We ordered spicy beef noodle soups and salted lemmonade here. The lemmonade is really good. Long waiting time, even when there were only few customers. Noodle smell authentic, and tasted great. Meat is tender and easy to consume. This is quite decent restaurant.

This is my first Vietnamanese experience in Nova, and it was good. The restaurant is clean. The food was served fast and the quantity is nice for the price. I took a vermicelli bowl (B1 on the menu), and the ingredients were fresh and tasty.

The only issue I have is that they have only beef phos, so I have only 1 chicken option. If that is not a restriction for you, enjoy ?

Ordered for takeout. They upcharged $2 more than the menu for each order. Also charged another $3 for takeout, charged me for 4 bags when only 2 was given. Honestly I don’t even care about the bags but did you really need an extra 20 cents This place is definitely not honest. Please make it known before ordering on extra charges on all things. Dishonest place.

Ordered takeout. Was charged large portions (without being informed) of pho and only received a small fistful of noodles. An additional “to-go charge” was added, we were not told of this. Charged for extra bags unnecessarily. When inquired why the total was higher than expected, the employee was rude unfortunately. Lots of bean sprouts was nice.

Decided to try this place out with a friend on a nice cold day that called for some soup.

The Food: I went with my go to Pho pick, a large bowl of Pho Tai Nam. I was also kind of hungry, so I had to pair the bowl of Pho with a crispy spring roll (Cha Gio). For the Pho, the broth was rich in flavor by itself and adding some fresh basil and bean sprouts added a nice balance to the bowl. The meat quality was okay, I've had better quality meat but it was still tasteful. A very good bowl of Pho nonetheless.

The Service: The service was great! We were seated almost immediately as there were plenty of seating in the restaurant. Our orders came out in a timely manner as well.

The Atmosphere: There was plenty of seating here and the place was clean!

Overall, a 4/5! Definitely a recommended spot for Pho in the area.

Pho taste good but when it comes to over rice dishes they’re inconsistent. The grilled lemon grass chicken and grilled beef are great but inconsistent the way they cooked it, in the menu it’s says grilled but when they served it it’s fried sometimes. The place is clean.

I ordered beef pho for pickup. The owner gave me a dirty look so I just added $3 tip (for pickup order) to leave in peace. Fresh spring rolls were served wrapped in seran wrap. Not so fresh at all. The broth was sour and the meat was discolored. I ate it because I was so hungry. 3 hours later, stomach cramps, vomiting, uncontrollable diarrhea. I got food poisoning from here ? please go somewhere else.
