The store itself is great, and the selection of clothes fantastic. Wonderful staff rounds out the whole thing.
This review is about the security officer, Vinny. Probably the most personable, professional, and friendly officer I’ve come across in quite some time - all while staying on point and engaging with store customers.
He is a wonderful example to anyone who wants to see how to do this job correctly.

Made a quick purchase before I hit the road.. cashier on Register 8 asked if I wanted to save 10%.. how? Apply for a credit card..so I go in debt if I can't make the payments.. she said I was being rude!... She wasn't very pleasant to begin with... God bless her soul

Everyday is hit or miss at Marshall’s. It’s a great store with incredible prices that are way below retail. A word of advice: If you see something you like, grab it quickly because it won’t be there tomorrow! If you like treasure shopping, the selection is vast. You never know what you might find. I only wish there was one closer to my home.

Great big store, loads of room with tons of merchandise.
Super friendly service in my experience is when I have shopped there which is quite often.
Also very well-kept, very clean.

Do not go there your better off at the one in Boca or something else to get better service and respect as a customer avoid store if possible if u want shop and have a great experience

I came in to Marshall’s to do a return tonight and I love this location but tonight I had an unpleasant experience. Patricia the cashier called me over firstly didn’t greet me and I handed her my items and told her I’m doing a return the tag wasn’t on the item because it came off while trying it on. She proceeds to tell me she can’t take it because the tag isn’t attached? I’ve never heard any foolishness like that before, I’ve worked in retail and even Marshall’s in the past and they take returns as long as you have the tag and receipt so idk what she was talking about. The manager came over as they proceeded to speak in Spanish which was disrespectful because I’m not a Spanish speaker and had no clue what was being said in front of me. He told her she could proceed with the return after he looked up the item in the scanner system. Absolutely ridiculous she said the return couldn’t be taken when I know that isn’t the policy. Employees need to be trained properly to know what they are doing and talking about with the customer and greet you. Very unpleasant experience tonight.
