Andrew came to repair our shower and did an exceptional job! He was incredibly polite, efficient, and left the area clean. His communication was excellent throughout the process, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

A wonderful team with professional help in every aspect from the maintenance team up to the managerial team. Choice and affordable houses and flats they offer for students, singles couples and families. Keep it up? Special thanks to Danielle and Conor

DO NOT USE. This letting agency is awful. When I had emergencies including no water and a flood it took ages to even get hold of anyone. Out of hours is useless and received no help until the next day. Things broke regularly, and even took a YEAR for a call back on some maintenance and was told sorry- only just getting round to it. Told them not to bother now and then got charged on exit for the issue. Flat had mold and the heaters were a fire risk. Intercom was never fixed and that was to me something important as it offered me security. Front door to building was kicked in twice during my tenancy. Overall a terrible experience and glad to not have to deal with them anymore. Would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure who is leaving these 5 star reviews but I wouldn't trust them, I haven't met a single tenant who has anything nice to say about Leicester Lettings.
