Hands down best “gym” I’ve ever been to! It’s so much more than a “gym” Karina & her team of coaches have created an amazing safe space for all of us. It’s more of a community that motivates each other and you can tell they all really care. I am someone who usually keeps to myself but everyone has made me feel so comfortable and at home. There are different fitness and nutrition challenges and so many resources available to help you meet your fitness/health/wellness goals. They really put in the time to get to know each and every one of us individually from the start. It’s really special and I wish more people had access to this type of gym!

K-Fit is unlike any other gym! I signed up to get in shape before my wedding and I have had an amazing experience ever since I joined. The coaches are all phenomenal! They motivate and encourage you every step of the way. They are attentive, supportive, proactive and goal oriented. I honestly look forward to every class when I come here. It is an exciting and overall fun & friendly environment. I am so proud of my progress and see myself here for much longer. Thank you K-fit for making me love the gym again!

I recently joined K-Fit, and I must say it's possibly the best decision I have made so far this year. The trainers are AWESOME! They are encouraging and push you to your full potential because they believe in you.
I text Karina with questions, and she always answers.

Getting up early to get to the gym is my biggest hurdle, but I never regret going after I'm done with my workouts. 5 starts all around.

I'm following-up to say 4 months in, and this is still perhaps the best decision I have made this year.
This is truly a happy place to be and it makes me like working out. It's not a mundane gym routine; everyday is challenging and different. The coaches are the BEST! The ladies that you workout with are PHENOMENAL!
I don't mind going to the gym at 6am because it puts me in such a great mood for the rest of the day.

This a wonderful place for women who are looking for a supportive community to grow strong & healthy. I took my first class here and I was blown away by the quality and intensity of the workout, and the care of the instructor. They are currently running a Friendsgiving promo this week and you are able to take all classes free of charge for this one week only. It’s a great opportunity to give this place a go!

This review is for all the ladies that are looking for something different in their workouts. As a member for the last 7 years I can honestly tell you my experience has been amazing. I won the very first challenge at K-Fit and now I have currently won the Bloom 2 challenge. K-Fit has transformed me completely mind body and soul. K-Fit has everything that you could want and need. Professionalism, camaraderie, excellent workouts, private training, nutrition and female support. We encourage each other and develop real friendships and goals for each other. The best part of K-Fit is that they offer virtual classes that really works for me since I have to be at work by 9. During the course of the year K-Fit has several challenges, summer outdoor classes and best is the beach workouts on Sunday mornings. Now, let’s talk about the coaches, each one brings something special and unique to the team. They work together to help and motivate us to reach our goals. There is never a dull moment at K-Fit. Take from me once you try K-Fit you will be hooked. So come check them out and see for yourself.

K-Fit is not a regular gym. You know the ones that charge your card on file month after month and sometimes year after year whether you show up or not? Well, such a thing NEVER happens at K-Fit. You either show up or be hunted out. The K-Fit team is results oriented, so clients are supported throughout their wellness journey. Note I said WELLNESS journey. They focus on clients! The schedule is very accommodating with group classes from 6am to 8pm together with personal training if one desires to work with a trainer one on one. Can't make it there in person? Then tune in virtually.
