We've been coming to this location for years, even being a town away it's still my preferred location. I called in tonight's order, it was ready within 20 minutes and everything was still hot after being driven across town. The Krab Rangoon are a favorite of mine, perfect amount of filling, crispy, and flavorful. The wonton soup was a bit disappointing tonight, broth was dark but lacked any flavor. I ended up adding some white miso paste to doctor it up, BUT they always pack it full of wontons which are always delicious. Sesame chicken combo was good, chicken was flavorful, rice was not but eaten together it was fine. Chicken Lo Mein was packed full in the container, I would have liked it just a bit saucier. The Fried Donuts were a new item to me and I'm glad we tried them, they were the perfect sweet to top off a yummy meal.

Is this a foodie haven? No, you won't find absolutely incredible here. Is this a consistent takeout spot with pretty decent food for a quick dinner when you don't want to cook? Absolutely.

Keep in mind with the severely negative reviews, there are multiple locations and not everyone is tedious about this when they post.

Absolutely disgusting! Picked up the "food" after work, it was 30 minutes late. Two rude kids sitting inside playing on their laptops. The one kid cut me off after I was telling him my order. Got the pork egg Foo young and honey chicken. Egg drop soup tasted like water according to my Vietnamese roommate. Food was late, disgusting and service was horrible. Would NEVER recommend!

I am very disappointed with my meal that I paid 14 dollars for, the chicken taste rubbery and smell like rubber and had too much sauce, egg rolls dry, rice old…. Only if I could give this place 0 star.

Food is good, but they don’t prepare it until you show up, which means ordering in advance is pointless. And my complaints get a bs response. Go to Golden Wok across the street.

Won’t answer their phones and close earlier than they say on their door and website..
showed up at 10 o’clock when they close at 10:30 for just teriyaki sticks and the man turn the light off on me.on a Saturday night

I just ordered shrimp fried rice chicken strips and beef rice. The food was flavorless , the chicken was hard and refused from earlier in the day or a day prior . I will not be returning to Hop Bo

I gave this place another chance. Used to be decent. Bad idea. I ordered general tso’s chicken and 2 egg rolls. GS was awful most pieces were either old or all fat most were inedible. You could see they are mixing the previously cooked chicken. Egg rolls were hideous. Tasted and smelled liked ammonia. Probably freezer burn.

DISGUSTING!!! Wasted 30 bucks! Rice was soggy, chicken had a weird texture. NOTHING I mean nothing had flavor. Crab Rangoon were even horrible. How can you mess that up. I hate to give bad review but just drive 5 more mins and go to lucky garden. We haven't ate here in a good year because it was bad then but thought to give it a try. Even worse. Just flat out gross.
