J'étais soucieux en lisant les commentaires sur cette agence. Nous avons bénéficié d'un Ford Exploration pratiquement neuf, propre et livré à l'heure. Pas de problème quand nous avons rendu le véhicule après un mois de location. L'agence a commandé et payé un taxi pour nous ramener à l'hotel près de l'aéroport alors que cette prestation n'était pas prévue. Nous les remercions. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute du client. Je recommande cette agence qui est beaucoup moins chère que les loueurs à l'aéroport. Merci encore à toute l'équipe.

Literally the WORST location. I was told by one person that i had a reservation for a Tesla that would be delivered to my residence and that my husband could be there to receive the car. ALL of this was confirmed with the assistant i spoke to. I receive a call from Hertz with no voicemail. So i have to go out of my way to call them to figure it out. They then say “it was probably for the reservation” probably?! Does hertz not require their workers to write notes? Or leave voicemails Then i get told that they actually do not deliver and they do not have a tesla for a rental.
So now i have to go out of my way to make plans to leave work early to get there in time. It is completely ASININE to me that Hertz gives out incorrect information and CONFIRMS INCORRECT INFORMATION. I had a terrible hit and run accident that i had stressed over and was happy to finally be done. Just to have this happen DAYS later. Completely unacceptable. Then i’m told there’s no manager there. So is there just no managers? Absolutely insane.

This location is fabulous! We had originally got a rental from a different location but it was too small. That location was not willing to assist with an upgrade, just sent us the airport. To which they were rude! We called around and getting stuck in Hertz phone system was nerve racking, especially when location never answered. This Bell location went beyond great service, saved our trip and we had a great road trip.

Update: I filed the complaint on the link from the reply by Hertz. Dead silence. Guys these response by Bots don’t care about fixing anything. It’s just to show theyre Responsive and “listening” to their customers. It’s all show. No action.

Had a car rental to be picked up at 5 pm. I showed up at 5:15 pm and they were closed. They're advertised to be open until 5:30 pm -- which is what was stated on Google AND in front of their door.

Although I recognized that I was 15 minutes late for my rental, I thought I could make it on time to plead my situation. If I would have known, I would have called and canceled and not have to make the 40 minute drive from the airport and 40 minutes back to the airport for a different rental.

I've always selected car rentals based on price and always had to wait in long lines for the rental. This is my first time trying a larger car rental company hoping for a different experience. We can't win. Go with the cheapest option as the premium prices for these larger companies aren't worth it.

Reserved a vehicle 10.16 to drive to a funeral . confirmed reservation via automated text message 10.17
on 10.18 i called while enroute to pick up the vehicle only to be told my reservation could not be filled. the associate advised that i was sent communication. all i received is the aforementioned confirmation text. i asked to speak with the manager for a potential solution. Andrew the shift manager at the bell road location in phoenix within seconds of picking up that call was shouting over me as i was asking clarifying questions. In closing andrew screamed WE DONT HAVE ANY CARS BYE and hung up in my face. I never raised my voice nor did i have a terse tone. Andrew should not interact with your customers let alone be a manager. The never attempted to assist me they were focused on pointing blame instead of being action/solution oriented. neither was the associate that i spoke to prior to the manager. not only was i disrespected i also missed the funeral service of a loved one due to the extreme lack of customer care

Rude, unprofessional, disgusting people run this dilapidated old bus station. I stood around for 20 minutes as more than ten employees talked and joked amongst themselves. I only came here for a loaner. Will not return here. EVER.

The worst, all the reviews are true, reservation means nothing. Had a reservation was told all that was available is a EV, I said the reservation shows a Toyota Corolla, replied we don't reserve specific cars just classes of cars. ( How is a EV in the same class as a gasoline Toyota Corolla). Was told in a rude manner wait over there until a car becomes available. No thxs I left. You could tell the employee hated the world because he had the worst job in the world working for a company that reserves cars that are not available, he does battle with customers all day. This is late July in Phoenix, a slow time of year, tourist have left long ago. If you want your plans screwed up, and treated like why are you here then make a reservation at this location. No customers were present while I was there. They should get out of the business, why don't at a minimum notify customers that no cars are available by phone...they don't care about you or your plans and the employee knows he's going to piss you off. Must be the worst job in Phoenix and the poorest managed business I have ever seen. DON'T COME HERE, THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR PLANS.

Trisha is incredible to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of car sales and one of the friendliest, non-intimidating sales people I have ever met. She helped me to buy my new Honda CRV for a great price and made the process least stressful as possible. I would highly recommend buying a car from here. The staff are not aggressive like I’ve experienced at some other dealerships and they are not high pressure to buy a car which made me way more comfortable buying from them.
