Customer service is rude and will not honor the pricing that is advertised.

I messaged Filly Flair’s customer service because the sale advertised on the site wasn’t working in the cart or at check out; I did screenshot the sale in case there would be an issue proving it was advertised. Filly Flair flat out said that nope, it couldn’t be on their site and they weren’t interested in a screenshot proving it. They could have chosen to not honor THEIR sale and not implied that I was lying or asked to see the screenshot, or apologized at all, but apparently now that I have seen all of the negative reviews for them on Google, I can see exactly how this brand is.

Buyers beware, from this experience and the many, many others I have read, Filly Flair may seem great, but there are tons of safe boutiques that do actually honor their sales out there, even if it isn’t this one.

Ordered a pink dolman sleeve top in pink, received a purple top. I let customer service know they had a video that wrongly lists the colors in a video. Customer service lady was slightly rude and did not believe me. I returned in person and they credited the money to my account the next day. The 25% off the top is no longer a part of the sale and now to get the correct color top, I have to pay full price and they are ignoring my calls and e-mails.

Another time I ordered a $60 Aztec sweater and it was the itchiest thing I’ve ever worn in my life. Couldn’t wear it by any means.

Three emails and no response. Ordered three times in last 12 days and not one email that says it’s been shipped or even order recieved. Of course the money came out three times from my bank account

The usps lost my online order worth hundreds of dollars and they did nothing to rectify the situation. I followed up via email many times. I should not have to try this hard to be a customer. Terrible shopping experience online. They need to relook at their business model. They are unresponsive and the worst customer service of any retailer I’ve encountered. This place steals your money and could care less if your package is lost!

Filly Flair is a great online shop. In the post covid era, it's pretty awesome they still have free shipping on all orders. They also have very competitive prices and regularly are the lowest prices that I can find across many boutiques selling the same items. They try to stock full size items as well.

More like Filly FRAUD!!!! What online (ONLY) clothing store does not allow for returns?!?! You have to read the fine print to realize that they do not accept returns for items that are discounted over 30% - so what do they do? Offer everything at 31%....pretty sneaky if you ask me!! Now I'm stuck with all this stuff that doesn't fit! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! I’d pass on this one, if I were you!

She does not pay her bills and owes my significant other $6,700 because he did work for them on her AirBNB. She and her husband have owed it for an entire year and still sent him no check. I'll remove this review if he ever receives his $3,600 for concrete and $3,100 labor.
