I loved that it was a one stop shop for all my dress needs. Great customer service as soon as I walked through the door. They even steamed and put my dresses in a dress bag before I left. Most of all, I love that because it's a small family-run business, you can see exactly who you're supporting with your purchases. Will return for future dress needs.

Purchased a dress to wear at an upcoming wedding (as a guest). Great selection of dresses for various occasions and ages. There’s something for everyone from grade 8 grad and prom to more formal wear for someone in their 20s or 30s. Lots of unique and vintage dresses and lots of trendy styles as well. Very reasonably priced. Well made. Welcoming and friendly staff. Will definitely go back for future events.

The most beautiful dress selection I have ever seen in one spot! The owner's husband Michael was working and was so lovely and helpful. He really knew his stuff. Romantic French tunes playing and just a great vibe. I was having terrible luck trying to find anything decent in town and was shocked to learn that this store has been around as long as it has. London's best kept secret no doubt. Thank you Dress911 for totally saving the day. (I ended up buying 5 dresses!) I'm well prepared for all the fall weddings and winter parties ahead of me 🙂 - Syd

Great out of the way shop run by a very nice couple. Super selection, also can order online and pick up in store or have items delivered to your home. If not suitable you can return to the store within 14 days for store credit.
Found within minutes a very nice dress for my daughter to wear.
Please give this store a try, or look online and order there. Great service, and the prices cant be beat

I remember my first purchase with Dress911 was my first year university, and that was at least 12 years ago. I have purchased from this site probably 10 times over the years. The selection is always great, reasonably priced, and the quality is awesome. It's always my first spot to check for dresses. The dresses come exactly as advertised and if it doesn't fit returns are super easy. I have recommended it to many people and will continue to do so!

I purchased a few dresses this week and I had to write a review. Due to Covid I put on some weight- even though my mind still thinks I’m a M I’m now an XL and was able to find dresses that I liked and fit into. The sales person was more than helpful and gave honest feedback- he told me when he thought something didn’t look as nice and I truly appreciated that…. I plan on going back in the very near future.

We got the Royal Visitor Dress in midnight blue for our four bridesmaids to wear at our wedding this upcoming June. The team at Dress911 were so helpful and patient with us. They did all the leg work to get the right sizes sent in and kindly answered all of our questions. Matt was especially helpful and answered my email inquiries very quickly.
We went to many of the bridal stores in London and were disappointed with the dresses and the prices. We were thrilled to find such elegant and classic dresses at Dress911. The prices cannot be beat!
