I love this CVS. This store has the best staff. They are very friendly, professional, helpful and super nice. They have so much to choose from. I can buy groceries, shampoo, birthday cards and get my prescriptions as well. You will have to come visit this store and you won't be disappointed.

Would rather wait in a Disney line than this CVS’ pharmacy line. Rushed over immediately after an urgent care visit and the HEARTLESS pharmacy staff literally closed their gates IN MY FACE as I walked up at 7:00 on the dot on a Saturday night.. even though I received a text from them stating that my meds would be ready AT 7:00 pm. Even after pleading that my infant is miserable they stated they had closed the registers already. Impossible as they had just served a customer 1 second prior - I have worked with POS systems, I know the process of closing a register. They would rather a baby be in agony all night just to get home 2 minutes sooner.

TERRIBLE mi experiencia, cada vez que voy a recoger medicinas en esta tienda me lo pienso mucho, se caracteriza por ser una tienda sucia, con largas colas para atención al público en la farmacia. No me gusta no hay excusas para tan mal funcionamiento y tan deteriorado y sucio local, mala atención al público, mientras la gente pierde tiempo haciendo interminables filas para recoger medicinas las cajas cerradas y el personal conversando entre sí ?‍↕️ muy lamentable

My least favorite place to go in the world. Always an issue when picking up prescriptions. Have to wait in line for 20+ minutes because the other one in town closed months ago and they can’t figure out how to manage their customer base now. Then upon picking up before informed that they don’t have the persecution after calling us earlier today saying they’d have it after 3. No empathy or apology from employee. Bad attitude and couldn’t care any less to be working here.

Very dissatisfied with Sofia/Sophia (however it’s spelled) at the pharmacy, always has an attitude with no courtesy or respect for elders. I went today with my grandmother so she can pick up medication and Sofia spoke really low my grandma couldn’t hear her but knows the process so she tells Sofia her name and Sofia still speaking very low so my grandma gave her ID to her and Sofia snatched it from my grandma with just a mean demeanour and it just broke my heart that people have no respect for elders nowadays. And if you’re reading this Sofia, please don’t take your anger or frustration on innocent customers anymore, spread kindness and it will come back to you!

Absolutely terrible customer service at the drive thru . Bad attitudes and want to argue about everything. Lose your prescriptions tell it is ready just to get there and tell they have not received it yet. Show them the text where it says its filled and they will shrug their shoulders. Then the nasty attitude comes ! You can tell they hate their job and the people who come in there !! Stay away from this location!

worst cvs ive ever been to. horrible staff, horrible pharmacy, drive through is awful, manager doesnt get anything done, they are THE rudest people ever. and the girls that were working the pharmacy 10/14/24 at 1:30pm were awful. and the people in the front always have the worst attitudes as well. its sickening to me that these people are who we have to rely on for customer service because they have NONE.

This place is horrible. 75% chance your script will be “lost” or “not received.” Then my doctor tried calling in to reduce their issues and they don’t check phone messages from prescribers. Just fantastic. If you have a choice go elsewhere even if it’s another cvs you’ll waste lest time.

Update: they will also forget to give you needles and syringes for injectable medication and tell you it wasn’t required when you call…. ?
