Have shopped here many times, both in person and online orders. In stark contrast to the high end more niche boutiques around the country and world that I’ve been to that carry such coveted brands like Canoe Club, I have experienced nothing but the best customer service. The staff is friendly and excited about the product they sell, style in general and happy to greet and help you unlike many other stores I could mention where staff only give condescending, pretentious attitudes like you’re also a bother to them for shopping there. Orders have processed and shipped always so promptly. I’m glad a store like this exists in CO as there’s nothing else in the state that carries such great brands and their curation is always A1. If you’re into the best domestic, Japanese and European brands and prefer an elevated selection this is the best stop to make.

One of my favorite stores in Colorado! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and pay attention to details. Doesn’t matter your expectations going in they’ll be able to help. And the curation is amazing, dangerous place to go to as most times I walk out with something.

I called the main # with a question regarding an online purchase I had just made. The phone was answered right away, the person that answered was happy and sincerely wanted to help. And he did - question anmawered and I received my item 2 days later. Very happy with my first experience at Canoe Club!

Super weird guy in the store trying on a bunch of jackets and talking about everything else he owned. Some stuff they carry is alright, but it's pretty sad if you need them to curate your style for you.

Was so excited to go in person. Amazing curation, but why the gatekeepy sales associates. Haven’t felt this bad about shopping in a long time. Was super weird and left a bad taste in my mouth.

But like, nice selection tho.

Ordered some sweat pants and a sweatshirt from here. Very good quality and shipped fast. The box came with a personalized note that was really nice! Will def shop here again.

Amazing. I'm lucky enough to visit this place in person and see and feel the quality in store. The clothes speak for themselves. But doesn't show on the site, is the vibe.

Would love to give this vendor 0/5 stars, if possible, due to their appalling customer service.

- Submitted an order over a week ago, and have not recieved anything despite it claiming to have been "delivered".
- Called to inquire about this on the date the order said it was "delivered", and spoke to one of the rudest and most arrogant salespeople I have ever encountered.
- Sent an email that same day, and was met with further hostility.
- Have since followed up twice, to no response.

TLDR: Do NOT place online orders from this seller. Absolutely horrendeous experience. A complete shame given their opportunity to stand by what they tout themselves as.
