Dr Zhang is great!
I came to get my upper back and neck checked. Getting the appointment was not a problem. Once in the office the waiting time from checking in and to be taken inside was reasonable no more than 10 minutes. The staff is very kind and professional.
Dr Zhang took the time to listen carefully and patiently to all my concerns. He did a very thorough evaluation in office with xrays, he send prescriptions orders directly to the pharmacy for my pain and send me orders for the the necessary test to get an accurate diagnosis. After getting the MRI done, I came back to office for a follow up on the test results. He went over explaining to me the reports and images. I was very happy about that.
He is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He gave me a detailed explanation of the results and the next steps forward for treatment. At the moment I am following all his recommendations; getting the right treatment and physical therapy for a full recovery.
They have a PT practice next door which is very convenient but I didn’t have to choose that one.
I am very satisfied with his service. And I definitely recommend him!

Dr Zhang is the best! He knows his stuff very well and tries to help out in anyway possible. He tells you exactly what’s going on and what are your best options or the best route to take in regards to your treatment options. I am very pleased with the service I received from him.

Stay away unless you need surgery! That’s all he cares about. He will not believe you are in pain even after looking at your MRI. If it’s not “ surgical” he will tell you that “ everyone your age has a back that looks like this” Are.You.Kidding.Me.?!?! What an unprofessional response to a patient who suffers daily from low back pain that gets so severe at times I have to go to ER. He will not give you anything for pain no matter what! I guess he just doesn’t believe how much pain you are really feeling. He lied to me about calling in meds when he really didn’t. He basically just hung up on me! I just had a recent MRI but since I’m not a surgical candidate he didn’t even want me to follow up. I don’t think I would trust him cutting into me. Look elsewhere people! I totally agree with the woman that said he was in a rush to send her to PT. I believe since the PT is attached to their office the drs get a “kick back” for every patient they send to PT. I had to make another trip to the ER for my low back with sciatica but according to Dr Bo….I don’t need anything for pain….I was in the worse pain that happens often “ Dr. BO”. I’m not faking here!! No matter what you think. Please people, again, go elsewhere! I can’t believe the positive reviews this dr got! He didn’t even go into detail about injections I could get to maybe help. He couldn’t be bothered!
