Got a low sugar oatmilk bubble tea but was far too sweet. Nice that they offer alternative/non dairy options. It would be nice if they offered a no added sugar (on top of what's already in the drink) option as well.

We ordered this morning and honestly, the food and drinks were amazing and they clearly care about their customers. Not many food places would do anything like this and it truly makes you feel cared for. Best waffles in stoke by far!

What more can I say but 5 stars across the board. My sister introduced me to this place and I have ordered pretty much everyday since then. The cold fruit teas are so refreshing, especially whilst it’s been so hot. The drinks are perfect everytime and prepared with care. I get delivery but I will be coming in store soon to redeem all my loyalty stamps. I recommend this place to everyone I know because of the amazing quality and service.

Really lovely little shop with a great range of drinks and waffles. You can completely customise your drink if you so wish but they also have some great recommendations too if you're not sure. The waffles smell absolutely gorgeous and look fantastic, it's definitely worth a visit for a nice treat. It's right in Stoke town centre and is right by two bus stops so it's easy to get to, and it's a stone's throw away from St Peters church which has a gorgeous green churchyard with benches to enjoy your food and drinks on. The affogato is 10/10 and the taro is really lovely too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it has a really cheerful vibe overall.

I'm always on the lookout for places to get coffee from that don't have it as a main focus. If an establishment can make a latte right, I know I can trust them with anything else they do. And in this case, I know that those behind the counter at Bo and Bean not only are good at what they do, but enjoy their work too. I ordered a latte, no sugar, no syrup, just to see what I would be served. The technique of the barista behind the counter mimicked what I had seen other baristas who cared about their art do, including tilting the milk jug when frothing and changing the lift of the same jug too. Because of this, the milk froth's foam was almost perfect, but considering most lattes on the high street (Pret / Caffe Nero) have no foam, this was infinitely better. The portion size to price ratio was expected, but the additional biscuit to compliment the bitter coffee was a nice inclusion. My coffee that day was a nutty medium roast, so this paired well. I am not a large bubble tea fan at all, but I would happily return either alone for a brew, or with friends, also for a brew!

I came here with my husband the other day to try their boba tea (bubble tea). I love boba tea and was excited to try this new place we had found. Normally I just get caramel or chocolate bubble tea as the place we usually go to doesn't offer many flavors. This place has so many flavors but I settled on trying the brown sugar and my husband got the strawberry cheesecake. They were very very good and we will definitely be back! The brown sugar was exactly what I wanted (though now I want to try all the rest) and the strawberry cheesecake had a great flavor as well.

I'm just gonna say now, I came here after my dad got a coupon for it and OH MY GOODNESS the stuff here is PHENOMENAL. Excellent service (very nice staff!) Delicious boba and ice cream + waffles (my favourite waffle is the biscoff) Very good wait time (about 10 - 15m for 3 drinks plus 2 waffles!) TRULY THE BEST BOBA PLACE YET 5/5
