Terrible customer service experience. There was a short guy wearing a hat who clearly lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills. From the moment I arrived, his attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. Every time I asked for assistance or needed help, he responded with visible irritation, as if I was bothering him. He made no effort to be polite or accommodating, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. It’s shocking how someone with such a poor attitude is allowed to represent the business. the food was bland and poorly prepared. It lacked flavor, and it was obvious that little effort went into its preparation. For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality. Between the bad food and the rude staff, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We're tired, so we used a food delivery service. The food was prepared really well, and it was still hot when it got here. It tasted even better than we thought it would. I'll definitely order from there again if I'm ever back in Dallas.

I tried this Vietnamese restaurant recently and really liked it. The menu has plenty of options, and everything I ordered was great. The egg Rolls and Banh Xeo were fresh and tasty, too. The prices are super reasonable, and the portions are generous. The place feels cozy, and the staff is friendly. It’s a solid spot for good Vietnamese food without spending too much.

Authentic and tasty southeastern Asian food with quite large portion for each order. I loved the vibe dining in the restaurant. There were lots of neon and LED lighting decoration inside and outside the restaurant.
The service quality may be different from different servers. Some of them were relatively friendly, compared with the others.

I enjoyed visit this restaurant early in the morning. Good place for noodle and a wide range of food selection. They serve big portion Texas size food.

We ordered Beef Pho and Shrimp with Tofu Pho. Both soups were lacking a lot of flavor. The amounts given were extra large and very affordable. You buy 2 Pho soups and get 1 free. Their pork spring rolls were the best. They give you 4 rolls but my photo only shows 2. They were fresh and delicious! The sauce that accompanied them was not. We had a couple of problems while there. Our spring rolls came way later after getting our Pho. The bowls of Pho were served at different times. Once I finally received my Pho, it was missing the plate of bean sprouts, lime, peppers and basil that should come with it. We had to track down the server to request it. They had mistakenly brought us our to go soup before we were even served our meal and we reported to the server that there was a mistake with it. They gave us someone else's order which included two orders of Pho. The server took the large package back to the kitchen and returned with our correct order. The server was very scattered and difficult to communicate with. The place was packed with people so it was a very busy night. If you are looking for quantity over quality this would be the place for you!

When you walk in, it’s very sparkly and festive, so it makes the atmosphere fun! The wait staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to help!
The food on the other hand, leave something left to be desired, being very bland and less than ordinary, and the menu is far too large with far too many items And really, the only tasty foods are the bakery items, the rest was disheartening, in fact, I left half of my plate, even though it was huge, because I wasn’t going to reheated after taking it home, so why bother, it wasn’t worth eating, Far too ordinary and sauces were so bland and so lacking in flavor that the only redeeming factor was it was open late.

Bistro B has truly stood the test of time. After coming here for over TWO decades, I can confidently say it’s better than I remembered. The service is great, the portions generous, and the variety of dishes impressive. Bistro B has only gotten better with time, and it’s always a pleasure to return.
