Excellent service and fantastically helpful team. We requested an urgent film development, we were alerted automatically upon receipt of the film,sent by post, the scanned images of the developed photos were available later that day and the hard copy photos received the following day. The quality of the prints was excellent.

TLDR: Fully exposed and therefore ruined some of my photos. Otherwise, good well-edited scans but this is inexcusable.

First the positives: Quick turnaround times, fast response to emails, good quality scans which are well edited.

The negatives: 3.5 photos from one of my rolls were exposed and therefore erased from existence, which I can only assume happened during the developing process. Explanation given boils down to “we don’t know but not our fault.” The film was advanced 3 times after being loaded and the back cover closed so I can’t see how this can possibly be user error.

Walked into reception with a Usb stick, which had 2 Certificates that needed printing. Excellent customer service by the man at the front. Printed both in high quality gloss. All done in around 10 minutes and it only cost a few pounds, which was perfect.

Fantastic service. I've been using AG Photolab for 3 or 4 years and they are always super responsive, very quick, affordable, and they produce high quality prints. They make it really easy to order processing and printing and delivery is very fast. I needed something sent extra fast this week and they were accommodating and made it happen in time. Incredibly fast and professional service. I sent my film in on Monday, it was received on the Tuesday and my scans were emailed to me on Wednesday (under 24 hours). I've just received back the prints today (Thursday) and could not be happier with them. Granted, the service was slightly more expensive than a high street store but for excellent reason - you pay for the speed, knowledge, and professionalism.
I had no need to contact them during the process, but I can tell from the service and the information on the website that they would know exactly what was going on with each individual order and would be more than happy to provide their expertise.
Big thank you to AG photographic, I will be using your services from now on!

Outstanding photographic company. Films are promptly acknowledged when received and very quickly processed. Postage free envelopes are provided and I cannot praise them enough. If you are a film user, you must try this gem of a company. 10/10 ?
