We stumbled across this while trying to find a meeting room for our monthly meetings.
Cristelle and the team are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Excellent communication on phone and email makes the booking process so easy. We love coming here every month. Thanks so much for a great and seamless experience.

Held a meeting in the boardroom, staff there very friendly, room nice and comfortable, good facilities, good wifi. Good sized screen in the room to link laptop to.

Easy access to train stations at Haymarket and Waverley.

Lovely setting, would definitely use again.

Hosted a day-long roundtable here in June 2024 and I cannot fault any aspect of the experience. Cristelle was super-helpful throughout and dealt with me very professionally.
Once on site, everything was as booked - the morning nibbles and drinks were spot on, lunch was perfect, facilities excellent.

I've been here in Rutland Square for more than 10 years. Absolutely brilliant location. Staff are great. High speed internet. Lovely Georgian style rooms with high ceilings. And the occasional film crew using the square for period dramas! It's a bit of an oasis in the city centre. This is really nice working environment, with parking options (daily and short term), trams, trains and busses on the doorstep.

I've been using Inigo Business Centre in Edinburgh since relocating to Scotland. The office is in one of Edinburgh's most prestigious squares and the location is incredibly convenient for me. The staff has always been polite and helpful. I'd recommend it.

I rented an office here for a year rather than WFH when the our main business location was closed due to renovations. Rutland Square is a great location, the building is great and the staff lovely. Although we were all different small businesses the staff really sought to make it feel like a community. I would definitely recommend.
