… it took me a few months trying to find the perfect benches for my new store for the dressing rooms . I went to all furniture stores in OC , also looked on line and didn’t see anything until I walked in this store and there was the perfect bench ! April was amazing . Beautiful store with some unique pieces ,good quality and great prices . Highly recommend.

Very happy with my BoConcept Studio! Stephanie helped me out along with the rest of the team to customize my design and make the most out of my small square footage. Very please. Also, the follow up was fantastic in making sure that I was satisfied with my set up!

Out of all the future stores out there, BoConcept has the best service. Our designer Leandro came to my house did a 3D design of the entire downstairs. So far we are happy with the service. They have the best furniture. No need to go to other stores. They have everything you need here for your home furniture.

Love my new coffee table. The family room looks way bigger now. Rony is the perfect interior design advisor. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but also very patient, I can be a pain :). The white glove delivery was a breeze. It is not cheap ($250) but it is worth every penny.

I walked into the store with my wife interested in purchasing a reading chair. Our eyes settled on the Athena reading chair in beige Lazio, and were informed that this showpiece was the only item remaining as it had been discontinued. Win, the sales floor associate, kindly assisted us in going through every detail of the floor model chair, and offered us a discount for taking the model. Not only was she kind and personable, her energy and quick-to-help demeanor ultimately won us over. For us, half of the experience and decision-making is obviously based on the product, however the other half to take into consideration is the attitude and demeanor of the sales associate. Win (and Travis!) were warm, gracious, and accommodating to our every need despite our many questions. Please give Win and Travis from the Costa Mesa store location our heartfelt thanks and appreciation! Definitely coming back for more in the near future!

My recent purchase experience with BoConcept has left me disappointed. Despite having bought from them twice before without being impressed by the service, this time was particularly disheartening. Opting for chair pickup to avoid a $200 minimal assembly delivery fee, I found the items in separate pieces upon retrieval. The chrome legs, unfortunately, appeared dull, dusty, and used. Advised to use chrome polish, we discovered the disappointment extended further when assembly began – essential screws for attaching the seats were missing. Now, over a week later, I have unassembled, unusable chairs, and the necessary items have yet to be provided. For a store emphasizing high-end, quality products, the customer experience should align with those standards.

Updated: The manager was really nice and she sent over someone with the missing parts and delivered them to my house. Thank you.

We had such a great experience from start to finish. April helped us and was so patient. We had our toddler with us which was a bit distracting. She gives good design advice too and looked at photos of our space and other furniture. We even made changes to the quote a few times. In the end we loved how it all turned out! And the delivery guys were also very nice and professional! Recommend this store and April! They also came pretty quickly considering the supply issues right now!
