I placed my order online and called right after to add a delivery detail. I'm asked where it's being delivered to. Instead of telling me that they only deliver for a minimum dollar amount the woman I spoke with proceeds to tell me that there's no way she would even THINK about remotely driving to the next town for a $35 ($48.55 delivery fee included) order. Typing it out I want to laugh because I'm baffled at this disgustingly rude response. In shock that someone would let that leave their mouth. I run a business myself and I would NEVER in the history of EVER respond with something that blatantly disrespectful. I would have paid even more for the delivery because I know you're located in the middle of nowhere and I just wanted to send a thank you to my mother. Shame on you.

I was trying to order a plant online from out of state, and it was unavailable...Bianca called me and went out of her way to let me know that she could not fill the order...she was able to connect me with another shop that was closer to the delivery address and had what I needed available, thank you for your help Bianca!!! That extra attention means a lot, especially when you were not even getting the business. GREAT customer service!!!!

Bo-Kay Flower Shop created the floral spray for my grandmother's funeral and did an amazing job. I spoke with the owner on the phone and she asked about some of the colors and flowers we wanted. From our conversation she created a beautiful display that took what we discussed and transformed it into the most lovely arrangement we could have imagined. Bo-Kay went above and beyond by delivering to the funeral site even though it was on short notice during the holiday season. While a funeral is never easy, Bo-Kay played an important role in ensuring that the day was special and that my beloved grandmother left this world with elegance and beauty. I highly recommend this floral shop to anyone in Southeast New Mexico or the surrounding areas!

I'm in Oklahoma and I ordered a funeral plant by phone and it turned out beautiful! My friend whose dad had passed sent a pic of the arrangement and I was not disappointed. She did a nice job!

I ordered Flowers for my mom for mother’s day the arrangement was not correct, what was a round arrangement of beautiful roses and lilies turned into half flowers half cheap fillers with a one sided display and a big gap in the back of a rounded vase so disappointed oh and did I say beautiful flowers nope the roses were wilted I do not recommend this company.
