I have been shopping in this place for over a year now. They carry cute stuff to be fair but a horrible attitude of the owner is the reason that I will never give them business again.
I purchased a dress recently to wear for an event but I tried it at home for my boy friend to see .He said that the stitches down the skirt part of it make it look cheap. As a result, I took it back to return or exchange it with something else. Unfortunately, I could not find the receipt and when I went there the owner Kristy was there herself . I mentioned that I could not find my receipt , she basically said that she wont do any return or exchange without receipt. A few days later I was in the area again and I went to ask if they could find out by the camera if I was given a receipt . I politely mentioned that possibly the sales person had forgotten to give me a receipt. This time there was a different person working , she was very helpful and asked for my information and the date of purchase. She said that she will call me after they check their camera. As I was leaving the store , owner came out of her office with an Ipad . she came up to me and stated showing me the video from the day that I was at the register paying for dress. Apparently , there was a receipt and somehow I had lost it. So, I apologized to the manger/ owner that I was wrong but again there is proof that I had purchased it recently as is shown in the video. Also, the dress is not worn and it is within the 14 days policy. I nicely explained myself to her that I innocently have lost the receipt and she offered me a store credit. I was perfectly ok with that . However, while doing the transaction she was very bitter about the whole thing. The way she was putting the words together as if I had committed a big crime to take the dress back. She was so upset that why I took the dress there for the second. time…….. anyhow , I got very much insulted by her nonstop lecture and took my dress and left the store.
So sorry that I made this review lengthy but I want the people to know where they shop the should welcome as a human not just their money !!
AS an business owner or manager . She is not a good problem solver, she sounded very angry….. she could do the exchange and keep me as a loyal customer but she let her nonsense anger to take over her logic . I could easily dispute the charge but I know as a small business she needs her every dollar.
I myself have been working in a luxury retail and deal with verity of customers every single day. There has not been a case that talked down to a customer no matter what the issue was. problem solving , nice attitude and a smile is my key for keeping my loyal customers.
No more business for Apricot Lane / Woodland Hills , I will keep spreading the bad news !

The ladies at this store have been super helpful trying to find an outfit for my birthday dinner this weekend. I highly recommend shopping here. The quality of clothing, shoes and accessories are amazing!

I went to this store for the first time and didn’t have a good experience at all they are very unprepared and unprofessional with their sales. I found a necklace with the tagged price $10 and I asked one of workers to show full necklace to me and when she opened it the price was tagged under the $10 was $17 and they are false advertising the prices and she rang me up and it ended up being 18 with tax and was just ridiculous. And she didn’t honor the tagged price and when I mentioned the original price and she still wanted and did charge me 18$ so unprofessional

I love this boutique because it’s so convenient to stop in and shop with my girlfriend after Costco and there’s a super comfy chair and ac (heaven) but more than anything the store owner Christy is fantastic and helps customers find what they need and selection and prices are also great. This is just a man’s POV but great store.
