can’t say enough good things about this location! It’s perfectly situated in the heart of Port Moody, with a safe building and wonderful neighbors. The team running the show is outstanding, and the supportive, caring management is like nothing I’ve experienced before. They always go above and beyond to help and are excellent problem solvers, making it hard to ever want to leave! 🙂

Our apartment at Port Moody - The Moody Rentals was spacious, and equipped with everything we needed.
The apartment is in a convenient location.
Overall, you couldn't beat the great price for the location"
Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view from the 5th floor.
The convenient location and easy communication with property managers made it a perfect choice for a comfortable living.
The building was very well maintained. We also had parking and storage it was very convenient.

Awesome tenants and neighbours (my favorites are the fur kids!). Great management. Thoughtful, accommodating and the building is very well maintained. Overall a nice experience living here since the building opened a few years ago.

A great New Building, Wonderful facilities, Fantastic Management: very well organized, effective, modern practices and processes! German - the Building Manager, Marija, Kevin, Lucas are absolutely outstanding, with a very professional and efficient approach towards all aspects of tenancy, kind and positive personalities. The location is super convenient to transit, shopping, dining, schools. Highly recommend!

Now the place is full of tenants with pets pooping all around and masters not picking up. Parking, locker, hot water fees are ridiculous (come on guys you're in Port Moody, not Vancouver) rooms very small. Overall not a pleasant place.
