I have ordered directly from them on multiple occasions and every time they have NEVER gotten my order to me on time or not at all!! This is after paying extra for faster shipping! They are always late and not refunding me my expedited shipping fees!! This last incident not only was part of my order late but they somehow swindled the “package route protection fee!!!!” I paid almost a Benjamin in shipping!! I kept removing it, but it keep popping up and going back into my cart, this is soooooo wrong and deceitful. I know for certainly I did not elect this and never would? Who would really? It’s stupid! It’s just $$ in their pocket! They refused to give me this back or any of my extra shipping fees for being late! If you ever buy this brand buy it on other online reputable companies that have good customer service and get items out on time! Horrible customer service!

I placed an order weeks ago, and I haven’t received tracking information or my items. I called them directly, and they mentioned someone will
Call me back, it’s been four days, and no one has called. We also emailed and they didn’t respond.

For the prices they ask and for a “ Luxury brand,” they should have better customer service. This will be the last time I buy this brand. We order luxury brands all the time, and the customer service is implacable Not with this company.

Most terrible customer service! I have also ordered multiple times and every time there has been an issue with my order. First time there was a decorative flower missing from my dress and they refused to send me the flower, although I wrote them hours after receiving the package. The next time they send me a link to return the item which is not valid and then continue sending it. The other time they cannot verify if I have returned the item or not. Seriously?!

I had a great experience at the New York Soho store! Daniella was helping me and she was so kind, fun, and personable! I ended up getting the perfect dress for my rehearsal dinner thanks to her!
